Lexi

A WORD FROM LEXI’S OWNER

Lexi is a member of my family. Her being missing means I have gone into a period of mourning that may never end until I have closure, the not knowing where she is or what has happened to her is so painful.

Lexi went missing whilst we were on holiday in Cornwall in May 2014, she was 5yrs old at the time, she had been spayed and is microchipped. She is a beautiful Chow Chow and will now be 8yrs old.

Lexi has her own Facebook page in the hope that someone out there will realise she is missing, contact me and she can then come home. All the other dogs currently being advertised by Completely Conkers have their own Facebook pages and all for the same reason. Therefore, each of these owners will understand exactly what I am going to say about my Lexi being gone and what it is like.

Unless you have owned a dog, loved that dog, have been in this position or have been directly involved in the search for missing pets I am not certain anyone can actually comprehend the constant stream of sleepless nights and days filled with worry. These can turn from days, to months and tragically, in many cases, to years.

Lexi is not just a dog, she is a part of our family and not knowing whether she is in pain, happy, loved or beaten, dead or alive is absolute torture. We, as a family need to find her and bring her home where she belongs. We, and many other people have searched for her, shared her details and pictures on Facebook, put up missing posters, contacted vets, groomers and rescues and tried everything else we could possibly think of trying to find her. I am fully aware that there are still millions of people who have no idea that Lexi is missing. She could have been picked up and be sitting in someone’s front room right now who is oblivious to the nightmare we are going through. The more people that know about Lexi the better the chance we have of finding her. Please support our search for Lexi and the search for the other dogs.

We just want Lexi home. Please study the details and pictures of Lexi and if you think that you can shed any light regarding her whereabouts then please contact me in the strictest confidence on 07986803749.

Thank-you

Jan
