Izzy

A WORD FROM IZZY’S OWNER

Since Izzy went missing our lives have been in constant limbo and will never be the same again. It’s the not knowing that eats you up. Is she ok? Is she is being loved or treated badly (I pray not). It’s like a part of our family is out there somewhere and we don’t know where or even if we will ever be together again. We just hope and pray that one day we will see her and cuddle her again.

Izzy was 6yrs old when she went missing and the effect on my family has been devastating, it has changed us forever and left us both emotionally and physically exhausted. As a mum, seeing your children go through this pain every day breaks your heart in two. We spend all the spare time we can trawling the Internet searching for Izzy, checking every photo that looks similar, packing up leaflets, raising awareness, doing everything we can to find her and wondering why we can’t bring her home but we will never give up looking, we will never give up on our Izzy, she’s our special furbaby.

People say “it’s just a dog”! I say that anyone who is of that opinion has never loved a dog. Izzy has left a void in our life that can never be filled. As time goes by the desperation to find Izzy results in any inhibition you feel about asking for help in her search diminishing. We are eternally grateful to anyone and everyone who has ever shared her posters on Facebook or talked about her to a friend who knows nothing about Izzy. All we ask is that people continue to do those things as maybe, just maybe, that one conversation will be the conversation that brings Izzy Home.

Izzy is micro chipped and spayed. She is an adorable Cockapoo who will now be 8yrs old. Please look at her picture and remember her face.

If you have any information regarding the whereabouts of Izzy then please contact us on 07961559230.

Thank you

Our chosen Charity:

Many Tears Animal Rescue (MTAR) is a unique rescue in that the majority of our dogs are ex-breeders and many have never seen the outside world before. The rescue is based in Carmarthenshire, Wales but has dogs in foster homes throughout the UK.  All our dogs are spayed/neutered, micro chipped, inoculated and wormed and we rehome approximately 3,000 dogs a year.

They really are a fantastic organisation and one which really is open 24hrs a day, 7days a week and 365 days of the year, so long as you are a dog in need Many Tears will help you.
